- Intertalent Graduations is a specialist supplier of graduation goods to both individuals and institutions alike. We stock a wide range of merchandise to help ensure our clients special days are ones that will be remembered forever.

- It is our mission to make available for sale or rental, graduation gowns, tassels, caps and other appropriate accompaniments for the use of graduation ceremonies. We are happy to serve both institutions and individuals alike.
- Pricing Policy
- At Intertalent Graduations we aim to provide our services in the most cost effective manner possible. As a result we are happy to offer discounts for bulk purchases and even provide rental options for budget conscious institutions.
- Basic Delivery
- As long as items are in stock at the time of order, we aim to have everything delivered to you within seven working days. It is possible to arrange faster delivery options, but additional charges will be incurred for doing so.
- Order Processing
- Orders must be received before 4 PM to be processed the same day. Expedited treatment may not be available for custom items. Orders received on Friday after 12 PM (noon), Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be processed the next business day.

- Payment Options
- All orders placed through the website need to be made via PayPal (who accept Visa, Master Card, Amex and Maestro without needing a PayPal account). We also accept cheques (net 30 days) and direct deposits with pre-arranged approval.
- Returns for Replacements
- Return requests must be made within 2 days of the receipt date.
- All packaging must be retained and returned along with the goods.
- Returns must be sent prepaid and will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Refunds
- Claims for damaged or missing goods must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Customized products are not returnable or refundable.

- Out of Stock
- Whenever possible we will state on the website when goods are not presently in stock. In cases where goods are found to be out of stock after an order has been placed we will contact buyers to offer late delivery or order modification options.

- For full information regarding what personal information we store please refer to our Privacy and Security policy. We will not share your information with any third parties unless we are required to for legal reasons.
