Returns and Replacements


Return and Replacement Policy


Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise, taking care not to damage the manufacturer’s packaging. The goods must be carefully checked upon delivery. Claims for damaged or missing goods must be made within 24 hours of receiving an order. Return requests must be made within 2 days of the receipt date.


Shipping and handling of the original order are not refundable.


It is the customer’s responsibility to immediately contact Intertalent Graduations to ensure a complete replacement. All packaging must be retained until the problem is solved.


Please be aware that no merchandise may be returned to Intertalent Graduations, without prior authorization.


Returns must be sent prepaid and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.


No returns will be accepted on merchandise that is removed from its original packaging or has been worn.


How to Return Items


Call within 2 days of receipt of the goods at 450.662.0214 or 855.662.0214 to obtain an authorization number to return merchandise. All returns must have an authorization number in order for the returned merchandise to be accepted.


For all returns without exception to receive a refund for the purchase price in the form of an upfront payment, we must be notified within 2 days. These items are made for a special event and must be returned exactly as explained in our return and replacement policy as follows:


  • All merchandise must be returned in original condition with packaging unopened and original packaging materials. No exception for the return if the packages are opened and the goods have been worn.
  • No returns without prior authorization will be accepted.
  • The shipping and handling charges are not refundable on the original invoice.
  • A 20% restocking charge applies to all returned goods.
  • We must receive within 7 business days after the publication date of your authorization number to return merchandise. A delay will result in the complete loss of your return.
  • All problems with orders must be sent within 24 hours of the receipt of your order or we will not accept an item for exchange or return.
  • Intertalent Graduations cannot be responsible for errors in the size on the part of the buyer, normal return cost and conditions apply.
  • The authorization number RMA must clearly be visible on the shipping box, or the shipment will be refused.
  • The customer who returns items must pay all return shipping costs.
  • Please allow 6-8 weeks to process your return
  • All customized products are non-returnable and non refundable.
  • Cancellations are not accepted after your order has been submitted.


Please include the following information when returning an item:


  • 1. Your authorization number RMA must be written on the outside of the box
  • 2. A copy of your original invoice
  • 3. Your full contact details and explanation and whether you want to return for credit or replacement
